User Experience Research & Design Practice with purpose

About this portfolio

This portfolio is a concerted effort to give homage to selected work during my career in User Research and Interaction Design. From the most recent work in 2020 to the oldest in 2013, I will share the stories of some 20 industries, big and small to help you outline the character and soul I bring to my work. While some projects shipped or published, others may have picked up dust on the shelves. Nonetheless, I gained a breadth of experience that allows me today to mix research methods and tools creatively to address the problem at hand.

What Are People Saying?

“Calliope joined us at a very chaotic time and calmly rolled up her sleeves and pitched in. Thank you so much for your work and input to the project.”

— Jon Rimmer, HMRC

“Calliope worked with us on personas for a client, covering UK, USA and Australia. Her approach was thorough and professional throughout, making sure she gave us a clear view of where she was and where the data was taking her which in turn allowed us to re-think our approach to the project”.

— Michael Wood, Astound Commerce

“Calliope was a pleasure to work with and our client was very happy with the work she delivered. She got to grips with the project at hand quickly and was pro-active in her approach to each task. I would not hesitate to recommend working with Calliope again in the future.”

— Alan Oh, Analog Folk
